Studio Attire Guidelines: Comfort, Confidence, and Consideration

Hello lovely people,
We’re all about freedom of movement and feeling good—but sometimes our clothing can move a little more than we bargained for! To keep classes comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that clients wear snug-fitting attire that keeps everything securely covered during all those glorious stretches, and spinal twists.
Think leggings, fitted shorts, or anything that stays put while you move like the graceful beings you are. Baggy or very short shorts can be a bit revealing, and we’d love to avoid any wardrobe surprises for you or your classmates!!

For everyone’s ease and confidence, we recommend:

  • Fitted attire

that stays securely in place during dynamic movements and stretching

  • Leggings, fitted shorts, or close-fitting tops

that provide coverage and allow freedom of movement

  • Avoiding very short or loose-fitting shorts

as they may shift or reveal more than intended during certain exercises

Thanks for helping us keep things comfy, respectful, and fabulously professional. As always, we appreciate your support in making the studio a welcoming space for all.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to speak with a member of the team. We’re here to help you feel at home every time you walk through the studio door.
