New Pilates Barre Fusion
Due to the popularity of Holly’s Wednesday morning Pilates Barre class we have decided to introduce Pilates Barre Fusion to our evening schedule. Wednesday 7.30pm is now Pilates Barre Fusion!. Combining moves from ballet, yoga and classical Pilates, it really is three for the price of one. Movements focus on the lower body, mostly thighs and gluts, before moving on to core strengthening exercises and mat work. A word of warning – this class is one you feel the effects of the following day. Even though the workout is low impact the benefits are huge. If attended regularly you will begin to see improvement in posture, muscle definition, muscle lengthening and general flexibility, and because all the movements are performed slowly in a flowing manner it helps to release stress levels too. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, no ballet experience or tutus required!
