Menopause and CACI Showcase Evening.
Friday 10th March. 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Come and join us for an educational evening to discover what happens to your mind, body and skin once the menopause begins!
We will be here to give you support and advice on any concerns you may have.
We are proud to have a fully trained, highly experienced senior nurse to speak to on the evening as well as our therapists and teachers.
The evening is all about embracing the changes.
Refreshments and a relaxation session will also be provided.
