Extra Slow Flow Yoga Class for Beginners

Calling all budding Yoga Bunnies out there.

Due to popular demand Lisa is hosting an additional Slow Flow Yoga class on Thursday evenings between 8.30 and 9.20pm. The new course started on 20th April and places are going fast, so book in today to start reaping the mental and physical benefits this ancient discipline can provide.
