Barre classes with Hazel
Barre classes with Hazel combine elements of ballet, Pilates and yoga. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Come along to improve your posture, muscle tone, flexibility, strength and learn more about your own body. Hazel trained at the Royal Ballet and has had a long career both performing and teaching. Who better to help you unlock the secrets of a dancer’s fitness regime?
Barre classes are suitable for all levels. The class is low-impact, a full body work out, and is accompanied by an uplifting playlist. We will work with precise, isometric movements which will work your muscles, improve balance, mobility and strength.
Mondays at 6:30pm and Tuesdays at 9:30am
Classes will last for one hour, cost £12 and must be pre-booked
Class numbers will be capped, so book early to avoid missing out!
