Get stiff joints moving

Try our Mobiliser couch to ease back, neck and joint pain

The Mobiliser has the power to get stiff joints moving. Whether you are tackling long term health or mobility issues, suffering physical strains at work, or simply wanting to improve your posture, a session on the Mobiliser is a must.

What you need to know about a Mobiliser Session

What is involved?

One of the main benefits of Mobiliser treatments compared to other physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage treatments is that you can hop on the Mobiliser fully clothed and do nothing more than lie on your back, relax and let the mobilising rollers travel up and down, gently manipulating your body as they go. A 30 minute session on our Mobiliser is comparable to a strong massage. If you are already flexible, you will love it straight away. If not, it may feel uncomfortable for the first few sessions, but we highly recommend persevering, as regular use can deliver results in much improved mobility and pain reduction. It is an excellent and convenient complementary treatment if you attend our Pilates classes regularly to improve mobility.

The Mobiliser is endorsed by professional athletes

The list of well known users and recommendations includes Sir Steve Redgrave, one of Britain’s best renowned sportsmen, Dr Lady Ann Redgrave, one of the UK’s leading medical voices, Sally Gunnell OBE, Bernard Gallagher OBE, Olympic Rowing Squad, England Rugby Squad.

Don't just take our word for it, studies prove it works

A study of the mobiliser by Captain Nell Mead (a military Physiotherapist) for the MOD and NATO showed that in those that had restricted movement due to back problems the results for patients using the Mobiliser regularly were as follows;

Spinal Flexion increase
0%
Spinal Extension increase
0%
Mid Spine Extension increase
0%
Pain level reduction
0%

The Mobiliser in more detail

The Mobiliser is an extremely powerful spinal joint mobilisation system, which is usually very effective at decreasing the symptoms of long term and chronic musculo-skeletal problems. It is also comprehensively tested and endorsed by medics.

The system applies very localised pressure to the muscles either side of the spine, while also applying a bending force to the vertebrae. Whilst this is initially uncomfortable for most, and painful for some, the majority of users find that their symptoms abate quite quickly.

It has been used by thousands of people to tackle conditions such as: low back pain; prolapse /slipped disc; sciatica; scoliosis, arthritic hips, scro-illiac dysfunction, whiplash injuries; fibromyalgia and many other disabling conditions. For some conditions the symptoms appear to have abated indefinitely, but for others the device needs to be used on an ongoing basis. As a guideline the symptoms of most of the above conditions seem to be substantially reduced after using the device daily for two to three months. Many, many users report that after rapid progress at first they notice gradual further improvement going on for months and even years afterwards.

The Mobiliser is probably the most commended back care system available and is suitable for everyone
