Here at the Core Zone we like to nurture a relaxed and happy teaching environment, in order to do this, it is necessary to gain a good understanding of the general health and wellbeing of all our clients.
Before we enrol a new client, we ask they call us on 01295 710804 and book an appointment for a short consultation with one of our instructors and fill in a brief medical questionnaire.
You can find a link to our Medical Questionnaire on the right, we ask, once you have made an appointment for a pre-class consultation, please download the form, print it, complete it and bring it with you to the consultation, so the instructor can go through it with you.
