Adult Ballet Classes

Whether you are a new student to ballet, intermediate or advanced, Gabrielle and Ginny offer a truly deep knowledge of dance and body movement to help unlock the hidden dancer in you and demonstrate all the physical benefits performing regular ballet offers, such as improved posture, core strength, coordination, flexibility and general fitness.

Classes run in 8 week blocks and are held in the Stables every Tuesday.
